The staff at CPH are always happy to welcome all customers who come through our door. Whether you're visiting to dine, catch up with friends or looking for a workspace we will always do the best to accommodate.
Peak Service Times & Menu
We understand that sometimes many are wishing to have a quick meal, as you may have plans after. We do ask for understanding during peak service hours as wait times may be longer than usual. When booking a reservation we ask that you advise your server if you are on a time limit and we will do the best we can to accommodate.
Due to product availability and supplier shortages we may not always be able to provide everything on the menu. Your server will update you if anything is unavailable during your time dining with us.
Reservations
Here at CPH we are happy to accept reservations at any time, if we have the capacity to do so. For groups of eight or more we do have limited seating, be sure to book a reservation to guarantee availability for your party. On entertainment nights reservations are strongly recommended to avoid any upset.
As of January 1st, 2023 we are introducing a Credit Card Hold. Reservations for groups of eight or more will be required to provide a credit card when booking. If your reservation is cancelled or changed with less than 24 hours notice you will be charged a $100 fee by Castings Public House.
Missed reservations create a significant financial impact for restaurants, both large and small. This is why we are introducing Credit Card Holds. This will prevent loss of revenue due to empty tables that were reserved for no-shows.
We understand life changes and there may be exceptions.

Gratuity
As of January 1st, 2023 an automatic gratuity of 18% will be added to all bills for parties of eight or more people. This policy is to ensure that servers are adequately compensated for handling large parties.
